The current filing fee for a marriage license is $72.00

Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m., you must enter through the east doors of the Superior Court Building, which faces onto Church Street.

The age of legal consent is 18 years so please bring proof of identification and/or age with you.

The state of Arizona does not require a blood test and there is no waiting period requirement. The license is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Tucson Wildflowers!

While wildflowers can be found in some places throughout the year, Southern Arizona has two major wildflower seasons.

The spring wildflower season usually occurs from March until May. The number and quality of flowers depends on the amount and timing of the rains during the preceding winter.

The summer wildflower season generally occurs from July to Setpember. The beginning of the season is dependent upon when the Summer Monsoon rains begin.
